Cool-Timeline a better timeline than the one in the Timeline page but I don’t the have energy to change it out. See below for representative diet (two days). Numbers are Calories, Carbs, Protein, Fat. The Excel spreadsheet did not copy over clean… and I’m not into making a WP table.
